the shower water stopped after a few minutes i waited ten minutes for it to return this happened twice to different people breakfast was requested three times but arrived thirty minutes late the first morning

The breakfast included traditional moroccan options , and the staff was helpful.
I was told alcohol was not available on the premises. The room , while clean , was particularly small. This made it difficult to move around the bed.

The staff assisted with transfer arrangements before my arrival. My room included light, airy spaces with modern touches. The rooftop offered a relaxing escape from the city. It was spotlessly clean. The location suited me well. It was near food stalls, restaurants and shops.
The shower water turned off after less than 5 minutes. It took another 10 minutes before it came back on.

the decor is fine with amazing facilities. the jacuzzi and heated pool added a special touch to our stay. our suite included two rooms sleeping five people comfortably with a front room. breakfast changed each day with traditional moroccan food. added touches included tea and pastries on arrival, fresh water daily, and robes for swimming.
the water pressure in the shower was intermittent it turned off after a few minutes and took some time to come back on i reported this to the staff

the hotel includes a jacuzzi and a heated pool for relaxation. a log fire is lit each day and night in the downstairs sitting area. the building also features multiple levels and pools to use.

The staff were helpful. They arranged our airport transfer. before we arrived.
Our room was not ready when we arrived, the private pool water was not clean. There was dirty underwear in the laundry basket from previous guests. The shower water turned off after five minutes. We had to wait ten minutes before it came back. This happened twice. We requested an early breakfast for 8 am. After three requests, it arrived at 8:30 am.

the riad was stylish and beautifully decorated, with amazing facilities.
my room wasn't quite ready upon check-in (they were still cleaning the private pool). the pool water did not look clean.
